We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible summer temps who want to work with our dedicated team in Mestring og Velferd. Mental health and rest service:

Tasks such as participating in and encouraging activity, accompanying residents to appointments, distributing medication, preventing substance abuse and conflicts, individually adapted environmental therapy and necessary tasks in every home. For example, cleaning and cooking.Qualifications include personal suitability, ability to build good relationships, good communication, willingness and ability to cooperate and driving license class B.

Miljøarbeidertjenesten 1:

Hos is an active and varied working day, where you motivate participation and mastery for service recipients of all ages. Our homes are located down in Fjordsbygda, below Hov center.

Miljøarbeidertjenesten 2:

With us, you will encounter a varied and rewarding working day. We are committed to motivating participation and mastery for our service recipients. Our homes are located in the Hov and Fall area, and we provide health care and practical assistance by decision, to service recipients with varying age ranges and assistance needs.

Furubakken care homes, Hovlitunet:

Has full-time staffing, provides services to people with varying assistance needs. Furubakken consists of 2 housing units with 9 residents in each unit, where everyone has their own apartment. The department focuses on self-management and self-determination. Residents receive assistance with personal and practical tasks according to a decision.

Rognlia care homes, Hovlitunet:

Has full-time staffing, provides services to people with varying assistance needs. Rognlia consists of 3 housing units with 8 residents in each unit, where everyone has their own apartment. The department focuses on self-management and self-determination. Residents receive assistance with personal and practical tasks according to a decision.

Home-based services:
Provides services to people living at home who need health care or practical assistance at home. The focus is on self-management and enabling residents to live at home for as long as possible. Home-based services offer an inclusive and good working environment.

Bjørkelunden:

Has 23 long-term places with high assistance needs and is divided into 3 groups according to functional level. We have many different work tasks and no two days are the same. We use welfare technology both for activation and to provide better services to our patients. The department focuses on well-being, coping and self-determination.

Rehabilitation and treatment unit:

This is a short-term department with 17 places for training, relief, assessment, relief and KAD.

Kitchen and canteen:

The kitchen has 7.8 FTEs. Hovlitunet kitchen and canteen is a well-run and stable department. We are a change-oriented organization that is at the forefront of meeting tomorrow's challenges and works actively to find good solutions.
The kitchen is also responsible for the operation of the canteen located in the care center, this is well visited and provides a good offer to residents, employees and visitors.

Dagtilbud, Hovlitunet:

Provides activities for people with different needs. We focus on safety and activity.

Work tasks

- Services to patients/users within nursing and care, including assistance with personal hygiene, food, medical follow-up and practical tasks.
- Follow-up of patients/users according to their individual needs.
- Collaboration with the team to ensure good and holistic care.
- Documentation and reporting according to routines.

Requirements:

- No educational requirements, but health education, such as health and upbringing subjects, nursing, protective care or other relevant subjects are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Norwegian, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently, but also in collaboration with others.
- You must have reached the age of 18. Younger applicants may be considered in some departments.
- Driver's license class B is required in some departments.

Requirements:

  • Experience from health and care work is an advantage, but not a requirement.
