In the Department of Internal Medicine, we have three wards with the subject areas heart/lung, gastro/infection/stroke/geriatrics/reinforced beds and hematology/oncology.

The applicant must state the period for which she/he is applying for a temporary position. We want applicants who can work all or part of the period from mid-June to mid-August. If you are interested in a position in a specific department, please state this in your application.

Work tasks

Work tasks that you will encounter are:

• Replenishment of goods and keeping order
• Storage work
• Rinse room tasks
• Order and cleanliness in the kitchen, and tasks around meals
• Some cleaning and disinfection
• Diverse relief tasks for health personnel
• Participate in patient-related work together with health personnel

Qualifications - personal qualities

We are looking for you who can help us keep order in the department and who:

• Have reached the age of 18 or will turn 18 in 2025
• Master Norwegian orally and in writing
• Are flexible, solution-oriented and structured
• Contributes to a good working environment
• Is hard-working and willing to learn
• Is committed and friendly
• Has a sense of humor
• Is adaptable and has good collaboration skills
• Is a student in a health-related field, or wants an insight into how the health care system works
• Can work day, evenings and weekends in the summer
