Summer is hectic and fun at Biltema, which is why we are looking for summer temps for our warehouse in Kongsvinger!
At Biltema, we offer you as a store employee a varied working day in our department store together with nice colleagues. As a store employee, you work together with committed colleagues to create good shopping experiences for our customers. We offer training in products and Biltema's concept at start-up. As an employee at Biltema, your task is to promote Biltema's vision, basic principles and follow up customers in accordance with the chain's goals and concept. At Biltema, we work according to the values of simplicity, thrift, action, order and flexibility. To succeed in the position of store employee, we expect that you can identify with our values and that these characterize your work in the department store.
As a summer substitute in Biltema Norge AS, your key tasks will be:
- Product replenishment and cleaning in the store
- Cashier work
- Create good customer experiences in the department store
- Follow up and comply with Biltema's concept and routines
- Keep up to date on current campaigns
- Cleaning in the department store
Qualifications:
- Store experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Good cooperation and communication skills
- Interest in sales and good customer experiences in stores
- Neat and structured
- You are physically fit, as everyday life consists of some heavy lifting
- Experience and interests with cars, construction and tools is an advantage but not a requirement
- Willingness to work hard
Place of work will be at Biltema Kongsvinger. The position percentage is 10%.
As a summer temp, your employment starts no earlier than April 1 and ends no later than August 31. There may be an opportunity for further work after the temporary employment expires.
Working hours will vary during the department store's opening hours, and it must be expected to work day, evening and Saturday shifts.
