Nurses, paramedics, nursing students and medical students - we need you as summer temps in 2025!
We are looking for positive, committed and skilled employees who want to have a summer job at VLMS. We have a need for temporary staff in the emergency room, the intermediate department and the dialysis department.

Information about period and working hours:
- The need for summer temps extends over the months of June, July and August 2025 and is in different job sizes. You can make suggestions for the period you can work.
- Three-part shifts with work every second/third weekend (emergency room and intermediate department)
- Dialysis daytime (Monday-Friday)
- There may also be opportunities for temporary positions of different sizes through 2025
- Candidates who are relevant for positions with us will be contacted continuously

Tasks
Intermediary department:
- Implement and follow up medical treatment
- Participate in the planning of discharge for further follow-up and rehabilitation
- Close cooperation with the Valdres municipalities and with health enterprises
- Use the medical record system Profil
Valdres emergency room:
- Professional advice and guidance on the phone to the emergency room - we use the medical index as decision support
- Receive patients who come to the emergency room
- Administer the emergency network
- Assist doctors at the emergency room (blood tests, measure vitalia, (blood tests, measuring vital signs, assisting with sewing, etc.)
- Collaboration and interaction across departments when needed
- Implement and follow up medical treatment
- Use the medical record system CGM journal legevakt
- Some training must be expected before starting in the position.
Dialysis:
- Implement and follow up medical treatment
- Close cooperation with Sykehuset Innlandet
- Use the journal system DIPS
Qualifications
Intermediary department:
- Norwegian authorization as a nurse
- Student nurses
- Medical students who have studied medicine for at least two years will also be considered
Emergency department:
- Norwegian authorization as a nurse or bachelor paramedic
- Desirable with clinical experience as a nurse
- Ambulance worker / paramedic with professional certificate can also be considered
Dialysis:
- Norwegian authorization as a nurse
- Student nurses
- Medical students who have studied medicine for two years may also be considered
Common general qualification requirements for the positions:
- Relevant experience is desirable
- Good oral and written communication skills. Language skills equivalent to level B2 are required.
Personal qualities
- Responsible and flexible.
- Ability to work interdisciplinary, independently, and have good collaboration skills.
- Personal suitability will be emphasized.

- Salary according to current tariff and local wage regulations. Salary after a minimum of eight (8) years of seniority with a bachelor's degree for nurses (also for new graduates).
- Student nurses are paid according to actual competence and seniority. There are also separate local salary supplements depending on how far you have come in your studies.
- Medical students who have passed 180 credits or more are paid as nurses with eight (8) years of seniority.
Other:
