We are looking for vacation and on-call temps who can work shifts for a minimum of 4 consecutive weeks. The main period for the vacation temps will be between weeks 25 to 32, but we also need temps in the weeks before and after this. We need holiday temps for our various residential communities, outdoor service and relief department for children and young people.
As a holiday and on-call temp in our unit, you provide services to people with various disabilities and diagnoses.
We need you who are committed and who have a desire to assist people with different needs, and want to contribute to an experience of a good life based on the individual's conditions. The working hours can be day, evening, night and weekend.
We accept applicants on an ongoing basis until the application deadline expires.
Tasks
- Assist in daily life tasks such as practical assistance, personal care and self-care
- Collaboration with colleagues for the implementation of goals and action plans
- Perform work tasks in line with the service recipient's functional level, and in close collaboration with the service recipient themselves
- Activization according to plans
- Medication management
- Documentation of health care provided.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in healthcare is preferred but not required
- Students and trainees in health-related programs are encouraged to apply.
