The Department of Interdisciplinary Specialized Substance Abuse Treatment (TSB) is part of Innlandet Hospital HF, Division of Mental Health Care. The department consists of 5 units distributed in Innlandet with activities distributed at Sanderud and Reinsvoll. The detoxification unit and the assessment unit are located at Sanderud. The unit for short-term treatment, the unit for families and the unit for pregnant women are located at Reinsvoll.
The department for TSB has specialist health service responsibility for patients with concurrent substance abuse and mental illness for the population of Inland Norway in accordance with the Specialist Health Services Act and the substance abuse reforms. The department aims to fulfill the intentions of the substance abuse reform and provide services in accordance with current legal requirements.

Unit for short-term treatment
The unit for short-term treatment is an inpatient unit with ten elective places for patients over the age of 18. The unit offers interdisciplinary specialized treatment for people with drug addiction and mental and/or somatic challenges, as well as people in drug-assisted rehabilitation (LAR). The unit has interdisciplinary treatment teams and offers individual therapy, group therapy, cognitive environmental therapy, psychoeducation and physical activity. The services are individually tailored based on the patient's wishes and needs.
The short-term unit also offers treatment according to KHOL§10-2 and §10-4 as well as the Execution of Sentences Act §12.

Qualifications

• We are looking for nurses / nurses, and also applicants with a social work background
• Nursing / social work students and others in a relevant 3-year college course can also apply
