Dialysis at Lillehammer is looking for holiday temps for the summer of 2025. We need you who are committed to quality and have a burning commitment to good patient care. We have an inclusive and good working environment, where we see and encourage each other and work closely together.
The dialysis department is a department where patients with acute and chronic kidney failure receive dialysis treatment. Patients come to the department 3-4 times a week, patients can be hospitalized but most come from home.
The department has 22 beds including a self-dialysis unit with 4 beds. Opening hours : Day shifts from 07:30-15:00 and evening shifts from 14:00-21:00.

The department is looking for you who want to be an assistant with us this summer. We have training in week 24 or before if it suits you.

Tasks

• Prepare dialysis machine for treatment
• Receive patients and help them into the department.
• Assist nurses with connection to dialysis treatment after training.
• Serve food.
• General observations.
• Cleaning up after treatment and preparing the dialysis machine for the next treatment.
  

Qualifications

• The applicant must be fluent in written and spoken Norwegian
• Experience from the healthcare sector.
