We are looking for an instructor/activity leader to join us this summer.

The main tasks in this position will be to take our guests on various activities throughout the summer. Every week this summer from week 25 - week 30 we have guests with us who have come to the mountains to enjoy nature, activity and relaxation. We follow up our guest groups closely through good information, organized activities and clear frameworks.

The work tasks involve:

• Following up the groups from the moment they arrive until they leave
• Being responsible for guests and visitors during activities
• Being a participatory and active instructor who is present for our guests. This means that the tasks will vary and you must be prepared to step into different areas of the operation.
• Various working days - everything from accompanying guests from morning to afternoon to only certain activities.

We are looking for you who:

• Love people of all ages.
• Have experience of taking children and adults on trips and activities.
• Are welcoming, positive, structured and solution-oriented.
• Work well both alone and with others.
• Good communication skills.
• Have experience of activities such as hiking, canoeing, trail biking, climbing, orienteering and outdoor life. All training will be provided.
• Must be fluent in Norwegian both orally and in writing
