Working hours are day/evening/night and weekend shifts.



Duties

Duties will vary between sites, but in general they are as follows:

  • assistance and guidance to our service recipients according to decisions
  • facilitate the service recipient's self-management and development
  • practical tasks in the service recipient's home
  • medication management and health care according to procedures
  • facilitation of meals and/or practical tasks such as cleaning
  • ensure necessary documentation in the municipality's professional and medical record system

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare is desirable, but not required.
  • Police certificates must be submitted and approved before taking up the position.
  • In the home care service, you are required to have a driver's license, and this is also an advantage in our other services.

20.NOK 20,000 bonus for external summer temps who are trained as nurses or nursing assistants, or are in training in these subjects. You must have completed and passed the 2nd year of study and work 75 - 100% for 8 weeks in the summer.

NOK 12,000 in bonus for external summer holiday temps who are trained health care workers, or in training in this subject. You must have completed the 2nd year of school and work 75-100% for 8 weeks in the summer.

The bonus will be reduced if the number of weeks is reduced.

You must work a minimum of 4 weeks to be eligible for the bonus (medical students are also considered for the bonus, but must have medical responsibilities).

We can also offer recruitment positions for nursing and social work students with a bonus scheme and a permanent 100% position after graduation.

It is possible to apply until May 31, 2025. We will contact relevant candidates on an ongoing basis and make continuous appointments. There will be joint training for the holiday temps before the holiday period starts.
