Do you love nature, the mountains, the hardy animals and plants that live there, and are you curious about how the climate affects everything? Are you also curious about cultural history and Norway's national parks? We need you to convey the joy of nature and knowledge both at the reception and exhibitions at the Norwegian Mountain Center and as a nature guide in Climate Park 2469 and the ice tunnel.
The Norwegian Mountain Center is located in the center of Lom and is an important gateway to the mountains and national parks. A new exhibition on archaeological finds from the mountains will open in summer 2024. Klimapark 2469 is located at the foot of Galdhøpiggen at Juvasshytta, 1800 meters above sea level, and is a unique arena for communicating climate change, high mountain nature, ice art and glacier archaeology.
