Trysil municipality offers summer school to children aged 11-13 during the summer holidays. In this connection, we are announcing temporary positions as summer school assistants who will work to plan and implement the summer school.

We are announcing:

• Up to 4 summer school assistants who work as assistants for 12 working days spread over week 31 (Thursday and Friday), all of week 32 and all of week 33. Working hours 8:00 - 15:30, with attendance as a rule Trysil ungdomsskole.

Tasks

• Conduct summer school for children of primary school age in Trysil (week 32, 33). Training days will be Thursday and Friday week 31.
• The employees will implement content and activities for children participating in the summer school, also with the opportunity to go out on activities. There will be a joint lunch meal every day.
• Activate and be responsible for the participants at the summer school.
  

The coordinating team is responsible for following up the summer school assistants. In addition to this, employees will be followed up by the culture department and the volunteer center.

Qualifications

• Preferably be in an active educational program at upper secondary school/university/university college at the time of application, and preferably in subjects aimed at children/youth or sports/culture/activity.
• You must have an interest and motivation to work with children and young people.
• Relevant experience is advantageous
• Knowledge and familiarity with Trysil's range of activities is advantageous
• Speaking and writing Norwegian is advantageous

An approved police certificate must be presented before starting work.
Only those who are offered the job are required to obtain and present a police certificate - we will guide you if you are offered a position with us.
