Do you want a meaningful job this summer? Tilrettelagte tjenester (TT) is looking for temporary workers who want to work in connection with our 2025 summer vacation.

As an employee of Tilrettelagte tjenester, you will help to give our users a better everyday life. And you can give yourself the opportunity to have an exciting working day with varied and challenging tasks.

TT organizes and operates services for approx. 140 service recipients who either:

• live in one of our 10 residential communities with co-located apartments
• live outside residential communities in their own owned or rented apartments (services provided by Mestringsteam)
• have relief at the municipality's relief center (children 0-18 years)

The workplaces are located in Ottestad and Stange city center and the user group you will work with is people with varying degrees of developmental disabilities, substance abuse problems and mental disorders. Our focus is to give our users a meaningful everyday life that creates good lives with good quality of life and user participation. We have a high degree of professional quality in our services and you will have the opportunity to work with many competent employees. As a new temp, you will participate in a training program before starting.

We offer different job sizes in rotation with ordinary shifts during the day, evening and night - or organized in long shifts - both on weekdays and weekends. Our need for summer holiday temps will be weeks 25-33.

Please note that applicants who can work over a longer period of time will be prioritized. After the vacation replacement has been completed, there may be opportunities for further engagement. If you apply already at the beginning of the year, there will be opportunities to be used as a substitute also outside the summer holiday period.

Working tasks

• practical assistance and guidance to our service recipients/targeted environmental work
• facilitate the service recipient's self-management and development
• facilitate an active life
• practical tasks in residential communities/relief centers
• medication management
• ensure the necessary documentation in the municipality's professional and journal system

Qualifications

We are especially looking for:

• nurses and nurses and others with 3 years of health and social or educational education
• authorized health professionals
• students who are in a course of education in social care or nursing
• others with experience of working with user groups with different assistance needs
• good Norwegian oral and written presentation skills

Note:

• you must be over 18 years old
• valid driving license class B is desirable
• personal suitability will be emphasized
• police certificate required for employment
