There are vacancies for summer temps in the departments of waterworks/treatment plant and road/conduit. The positions belong to Technical Operations, which has a total of 80.5 man-years. Technical Operations is responsible for the traditional important technical community tasks such as water supply, sewage systems, municipal roads, parks and green spaces. Technical Operations is also a key player in relation to urban, suburban, site and business development. The department for waterworks and treatment plants has 13 permanent positions and currently manages 6 treatment plants and 4 waterworks, in addition to 140 buildings/network stations connected to the pipe network. The department's main tasks are to supply safe, good and sufficient drinking water and to transport and treat wastewater from the municipality's residents and businesses.

The department for roads/conduit has 28.5 permanent positions and is responsible for the operation and maintenance of municipal roads, water and wastewater networks.

Vacancies:

2 x 100% positions for eight weeks in connection with vacation at the road/conduit department.

4 x 100% positions for eight weeks at the waterworks/treatment plant at Brumunddal substation.

For all positions, there is a need in the period 16.6. - 8.8.2025.

Tasks:

• Waterworks/treatment plant: Operation and incidental work at treatment plants, pumping stations, water treatment plants
• Road/pipeline: Leak detection, GPS surveying, image documentation and inspection of manholes. Other tasks may also be relevant. Necessary training will be provided

Qualifications:

• Applicants with a driving license class B will be preferred
• The applicant must be fluent in Norwegian
