We are looking for service-minded and smart people who can assist customers in a good way during the summer holidays. The functions that are relevant are primarily within customer follow-up and in the underlying operations, but other functions or tasks may also be relevant. If you are a student or have another relevant background, this is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in banking. The need is constantly changing, so roles may be available in Lillehammer, Ringebu and Vinstra

Tasks

  • Operation of daily banking - the bank's public face
  • Customer service by phone, email and chat
  • Active assistance to our customers in the use of our self-service solutions
  • Sales of the bank's products and services
  • Tasks related to documentation, administration, follow-up of various incidental work or other may also be relevant

Qualifications

  • You are preferably a student in relevant subjects or have some form of higher education and relevant experience.
  • You must have good digital skills and the ability to use available systems effectively.
  • Experience from service and sales is desirable, but not a prerequisite. Personal suitability will be given great weight.

  • You love and are good with people, trustworthy, flexible and customer-oriented
  • You are independent and structured with good collaboration skills
  • You communicate well orally and in writing
