As a project coordinator, you will have varied working days with the opportunity to develop in several different areas and sectors. You will be an important part of our team, where you coordinate and coordinate projects / assignments and act as a support to both management and project managers.

The position is a one-year temporary position starting as soon as possible.

Duties

The role of project coordinator involves being an administrative support to management and project managers. The role is broad and includes tasks such as financial and salary administration such as ongoing accounting, being the contact person for our marketing agency and working together on marketing and communication issues, as well as participating in fairs, workshops or events both internationally and nationally. Invest in Norrbotten will organize the Demo North Summit in 2026 and there the role of project coordinator will be versatile with everything from administrative issues to working with the team on the execution. Travel occurs, mainly within Norrbotten but also within Sweden and internationally.

About you

We are looking for you as a person who is structured, responsible and easy to organize and plan your work. As the tasks vary, you need to have a high degree of flexibility and the ability to quickly find solutions to challenging situations. You are a social, driven and communicative person who enjoys taking personal responsibility.

We are looking for you who are at the beginning of your career with university studies in economics, marketing or similar relevant field. You should feel comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English, as many of our contacts are international.

Invest in Norrbotten's mission is to work proactively with establishment and investment promotion and we assist international investors with business and investment opportunities in Norrbotten.
