Then this could be the right position for you! Job description We are looking for a committed and careful fitter who wants to be part of our team in Skultuna. You will be part of a group consisting of design manager, designer, buyer, and fitters. As an assembler with us, you work with the assembly of high-voltage outlet boxes for large synchronous machines. The work includes both mechanical and electrical assembly, such as the assembly of instrument transformers, capacitors, valve arresters, rail systems, cabling and junction boxes. In addition to the assembly work, you will be responsible for incoming delivery reporting, ensuring that incoming materials and components are recorded and handled correctly. An important part of the role is also to participate in the product development process, where you contribute from the concept stage to the finished product. Through your practical experience and technical knowledge, you can provide valuable insights and improvement suggestions that optimize both the assembly process and product quality. You will collaborate with different departments and play an important role in ensuring that our products are of the highest standard. Who are you? We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous person who has experience in assembly work or similar technical tasks. Have you worked with mechanics or assembly before? Then you could be the one we are looking for! To succeed in the role, we look for you to have: - At least 3-5 years experience as a fitter or similar technical work - Good computer skills - Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking - Good communication and collaboration skills At the same time, we also see the opportunity to bring in a less experienced person with a strong technical interest and drive to learn.
