Your tasks We are looking for you with experience in mechanical maintenance work in industry who feel a professional pride and a drive to develop further with us. The role has a clear focus on preventive maintenance, where planned interventions and optimization of production equipment are crucial to ensure reliable and efficient operations. The work also includes remedial maintenance actions on production equipment. Participation in projects is also common. Central to the role of maintenance mechanic is to actively participate in the work of developing the delivery. You will also be part of an emergency chain, mainly during harvest times. The starting point for the work is the business in Norrköping / Djurön / Kimstad, as Jernbro's customers are located in several places in the region, travel in the service may occur. However, overnight stays elsewhere are very unusual in this role. Your profile We are looking for you with a basic technical education and documented experience of working as a maintenance mechanic in industry. You are a self-starter and creative problem solver. You take your own initiative and like to work independently and take great personal responsibility, at the same time you work well in a team where several competencies interact and work together. We would like to see that you have good experience of customer contacts as this is a daily occurrence. Experience of turning, electricity for mechanics and or welding is an advantage. We assume that you have good communication skills and can express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing. Driving license B and basic computer skills are a requirement.
