Job description
As a Project Manager in our Gothenburg office, you will work with construction and civil engineering projects. You will work with a variety of commitments within the framework of the service. Customers for whom we carry out assignments are municipalities, private property owners and major customers in the automotive industry. You will run projects independently but also together in project teams. You will spend a lot of time at the customer's premises, and be the face of the company. To help you, you will also have experienced colleagues in various disciplines.
Examples of tasks for the position are:
- Project and design management
- Construction management
- Coordination and control of installations
- Costing and financial management
- Planning and participating in coordinated testing
- Inspection
- Be a technical expert in Construction.
- Be BAS-P in the projects
- Environmental and Energy optimization is an advantage.
- KA certification level K is an advantage.
- Be able to establish maintenance plans for customers (planned maintenance)
- Make suggestions for improvements and development of the service, both internally and towards customers.
- Good social skills
Who are you?
We are looking for you who are probably a university engineer in Construction or equivalent. Alternatively, you have equivalent skills and experience.
You have good knowledge of LOU with the construction of multi-family housing, public premises (such as schools, gymnasiums, special service housing) and tenant adaptations with at least 5 - 10 years of experience as a construction project manager or construction manager. It is desirable to have a KA certificate, level K, and the required skills such as BAS-P and U. Experience in industrial construction is an advantage.
As a person, you are committed and driven in the tasks you perform. You enjoy making new contacts and seeing opportunities for improvement. Furthermore, you have the ability to work independently but also have the ability to collaborate and positively create commitment in a group. Mentoring is part of the service.
Good knowledge of English both spoken and written is an advantage.
Travel in the service occurs to some extent and therefore a B-driving license is required.
