In the Electric Motor Service department, you will be part of a close-knit group of 6 people. We are a family unit that works together to deliver top quality and reliable service to our customers in the automotive and other industries. We work with repairs of electric motors, spindles, and electronics as well as with service and rebuilds directly at our customers. We have a wide and varied clientele ranging from local companies to national and international players. What does the role involve? As a tester and electric motor repairer with us, you work with: - Troubleshooting and repairing various electric motors, such as servo motors, robot motors, spindle motors and AC/DC motors. - Development of test equipment and working methods to constantly improve our processes and opportunities for new business. The work is mainly done in our workshop, but sometimes there is the opportunity to go on assignments with customers. Since we are brand-independent, we work with engines from many different manufacturers and industries - which makes the job both varied and educational. You get support from experienced colleagues but also the freedom to work independently, develop ideas and find your own solutions. Who are you? We're looking for someone with a passion for technology and a desire to develop. You are meticulous and responsible, with the ability to work both independently and in a team. Have you completed an education with a focus on industry, electricity, automation? or have experience of working with machines and engines? Perfect! But we also welcome those who have taken a different path. Perhaps you are a passionate hobby mechanic who loves to screw on motors, experiment with electronics or find creative solutions to technical problems? The most important thing for us is that you are curious, have a willingness to learn and a commitment to solving technical problems! Qualities we are looking for: - Technology minded with basic electrical and mechanical knowledge. - Computer literate and understanding of digital tools. - Curious and solution-oriented, with a drive to develop both yourself and working methods. Meritorious, but not a requirement: - Experience with electric motors or precision mechanics. - Machine knowledge and understanding of how a servo motor works. Why work with us?
