The role For our operations in Avesta, we are looking for you who are good at finding solutions for various jobs, who are careful and you who put great focus on quality in your work. With us at Jernbro, you will work with welding technical work and participate in projects and maintenance work. You will also be involved in maintaining and developing customer contacts in projects and assignments. You will manage the entire process from the moment you receive a drawing in your hand to work execution and finished product. Work at the customer's premises is sometimes involved, which means that travel may be part of the job. Your profile We are looking for you who are an experienced welder and have good knowledge of materials relevant to welding work and knowledge of reading drawings. As a person, you are self-driven and a creative problem solver. You take your own initiative and like to work independently and take great personal responsibility, at the same time you work well in a team where several skills interact and work together. It is an advantage if you have an approved welding test. We assume that you have good communication skills and can express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing.
