As our current administrator is moving on to new exciting assignments, we need to find you who want to join our team. As an administrator in this area, you will be responsible for handling and administering applications and permits related to housing adaptation grants and alcohol and tobacco permits.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As an administrator for housing adaptation cases, you work in dialog with applicants to find optimal solutions for adapting functions in the home. You investigate cases and make decisions based on medical certificates and with the support of current legislation in the field. The work is largely independent and decision-making is delegated.
The work is outward-looking and involves contacts with the applicant and other municipal activities, contractors, authorities and traders.
In the role of alcohol and tobacco officer, you will work with applications and investigations of serving and tobacco licenses.
- External supervision of licensed premises and sales outlets for tobacco, public beer and non-prescription medicines.
- Internal supervision, which involves financial control and suitability.
- Cooperation with other authorities such as the police, tax authorities, emergency services, etc.
- Information and training for customers and partners.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have at least an upper secondary education, in building technology, social sciences or law, or training as an occupational therapist, physiotherapist.
It is an advantage if you have worked with administration in the public sector and also worked with government decisions that affect individuals. Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have experience of public investigation work. We would like to see that you are familiar with current legislation and have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
The position involves customer visits and requires that you are interested in meeting people and have the ability to communicate clearly. You see the benefits and enjoy working with others, both within the team and externally. This requires you to be able to connect easily with other people and have a professional approach.
You will have well-developed skills and previous experience in planning, organizing and structuring your work in an effective way for the situation. The position also requires you to be thorough and quality conscious. You are driven by development and the impact it has in the longer term.
A B driving license is required. We attach great importance to personal suitability.
