We are now looking for assistant nurses for placement at Kaitumgården, care and nursing home in Jokkmokk's central town. The positions are full-time but the degree of employment can be adapted as desired. WORK TASKS The duties of the assistant nurse include providing good quality of life to our users based on individual needs. The work mainly consists of care and nursing work with associated chores. You must be able to work both independently and in collaboration with others in the team. We work in teams where nursing staff, nurses and rehab staff work closely together. Scheduled working hours with both day, evening and weekend work. Currently working 2 out of 5 weekends. You get a fixed schedule with influence opportunities that run over 5 weeks. QUALIFICATIONS Assistant nurse or other education / experience that the employer considers equivalent. We are looking for you who are a positive, committed and responsible person with good empathic ability and team spirit. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both in speech and writing, as communication and documentation are a large and important part of the work. You should also have good computer skills as some of the tasks require knowledge in handling different programs. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability, maturity and ability to cooperate.
