Arctic Camp Jokkmokk is a successful 4-star camping facility - beautifully located by the Little Lule River. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES As Campsite Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the campsite and will report directly to the Development Manager. Your main duties will be: - Work to develop and improve the campsite. This includes business intelligence, networking and establishing partnerships both internally and externally. - Lead and motivate staff to ensure a high level of service. - Responsible for customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. - Budget responsibility, financial follow-up and purchasing and ordering. - Personnel responsibility for our three employees at the campsite and seasonal staff. - Coordinate marketing and communication. - Planning conferences and events. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: - Are self-motivated and proactive, with a drive and interest in continuing to develop the business. - Are service-oriented and have a good ability to create positive experiences for guests. - Have experience in finance and budget management. - Have experience in marketing and working with social media. - Have a B driving license This is an exciting position that suits those who are flexible and solution-oriented. It's good if you have good interpersonal skills and are easy to make new contacts, which can lead to new collaborations. It is also an advantage if you have experience of leadership and similar service professions.
