We are now looking for residential support workers for our users who live in their own apartments and who need support and help in their everyday lives. WORK TASKS As a housing support worker, you work with individuals with various forms of disabilities, and help / support them with varying tasks based on their needs. The work also includes occasional shifts at Skogsgläntan's group home, as you interact with the group home in the work, and start from there. You are part of a team where you, together with other staff, strive to promote equality in living conditions and full participation in community life, where respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity comes first. The duties are carried out during the day, evening and weekend. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a positive, creative and responsible person with a willingness to work for a good quality of life for the users. You have an education with a pedagogical focus, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. Experience of working with people with a functional variation is an advantage, as well as knowledge of motivational work. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing is required. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
