You will work independently and in a team with other medical professionals, in close collaboration with care staff, support functions and managers, as well as external collaboration partners. The work includes standard nursing tasks such as: - Carrying out medical assessments, planning care interventions and performing treatments - Providing care and support to patients - Proactive work - Documenting and following up patients in medical record systems - Interacting with doctors, Rehab teams, other healthcare providers and external stakeholders - Collaborate internally with other actors within the Social Services - Provide support and guidance to nursing staff and students QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for people who - are a registered nurse/specialist nurse - experience in municipal primary care is an advantage - have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written - have the ability to work independently and in a team - have empathy and sensitivity to patient needs - have an interest in quality and development work OTHER Jokkmokk municipality strives for gender balance and ethnic and cultural diversity in our activities.
