The health and medical care unit is part of the social services' activities aimed at nursing and care homes, home care and functional support. The unit consists of nurses, specialist nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and assistant nurses who provide qualified medical care with the patient in focus. During the summer, we need reinforcement in our Rehab Team, and are therefore looking for a committed and driven licensed occupational therapist for summer substitution. WORK TASKS - Carry out assessments and individual interventions for people with various disabilities - Supervision of staff and relatives - Work with rehabilitation and habilitation in collaboration with other professional groups - Developing, prescribing and adapting aids and activities to support clients' independence - Carry out health promotion and prevention activities - Document and follow up interventions according to current procedures - Collaborate with internal and external actors QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist - Experience of municipal primary care is an advantage - Good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing - Ability to work independently and in a team - Empathy and sensitivity to the needs of citizens - Interest in quality and development work - B driving license OTHER Jokkmokk municipality strives for gender balance and ethnic and cultural diversity in our activities.
