You work in close collaboration with the unit manager to plan and coordinate efforts based on granted assistance. Your mission is to create the best possible conditions for our employees to be able to provide users with safe, dignified and individualized care every day. Your duties include, among other things: - Daily and long-term planning of home care services - Resource allocation and scheduling - Continuous contact with users, relatives and partners - Administration of social alarms - Orders for transport services, medical travel and meals You will be involved in the development work within the home care service, where we work together to develop clear routines and effective working methods. It is a business with rapid changes, which requires you to be flexible, solution-oriented and thrive with a high pace. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are positive, committed and responsible and who have a genuine interest in people and service. You need to be empathetic, structured and able to make quick decisions when needed. We want you to have: Previous experience as a planner, coordinator or administrator in home care (meritorious) Experience of digital systems, preferably Combine, Timecare and Mobil Omsorg Good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing We place great emphasis on personal suitability, maturity and ability to cooperate. You are self-motivated, stress-resistant, communicative and have the ability to create good relationships both internally and externally. You have a natural ability to prioritize, see the big picture and work cost-effectively with quality in focus.
