The health and medical care unit is part of the social services' activities aimed at nursing and care homes, home care and disability Our team of different professions provides qualified medical care with the patient in focus. We are looking for a dedicated and competent registered nurse to join our team! As a nurse in our primary care pool, you will have a varied workday where you work in different areas of healthcare. This includes home care, nursing and care homes and in the area of disability. You will: - Perform medical assessments, plan care interventions and perform treatments - Provide medical care and support to patients and also support to their families - Work on prevention and health promotion - Collaborate with doctors, rehab teams and other healthcare providers - Collaborate internally with other social service providers - Provide support and guidance to nursing staff and students - Participate actively in development and quality work - Participate in teamwork to ensure good and safe care - Document patient information and follow-up of these according to current guidelines - Some stand-by duty may occur by agreement QUALIFICATIONS - Registered nurse/specialist nurse - Experience in home care or elderly care is an advantage - Requirement of B-driving license - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written - Ability to work independently and in a team - Empathetic ability and interest in the patient's needs - Interest in change and development work We are in an exciting phase of developing our business.
