The health and medical care unit is part of the social services' activities aimed at nursing homes, home care and disability. Our team of professionals provides qualified healthcare with the patient in focus. At our health care unit, job satisfaction and pride are at the heart of our work. We are looking for two dedicated and competent registered nurses for night duty in municipal primary care. In this role, you will work independently and be a key person for all our users and patients at night, as well as support for the nursing staff. You will work independently and in close cooperation with the nursing and care staff. A doctor on call is available via telephone contact. The work includes standard nursing tasks such as: - Responsible for the overall nursing activities in the entire primary care of the municipality during a night shift - Carrying out own assessments of patients' health and well-being - Providing care and support/supervision in all nursing homes, the disability area and in home care. - Participate in teamwork to ensure good and safe care - Documentation of care interventions - Participate actively in development and quality work - Some standby duty may occur by agreement QUALIFICATIONS - Registered Nurse/Specialist Nurse - Experience in primary care or elderly care is an advantage - Requirement of B-driving license - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written - Ability to perform independent assessments and make decisions in emergency situations - Empathetic ability and interest in the patient's needs - Interest in change and development work We are in an exciting phase of developing our business.
