We are looking for people who want to teach Scratch programming, where children learn to program and create their own games and interactive stories. Teaching can be done remotely, making it possible to contribute to our activities wherever you are.
Why is programming part of culture?
Technology and digital creation are an integral part of contemporary cultural expression. By combining technology and storytelling, we help children develop both logical thinking and creative skills. Programming is not just code - it is a tool for creating music, games and interactive experiences. A temporary part-time position from 2025-02-03 to 2025-06-13.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a teacher of Scratch programming you will:
Teach groups and individual students aged 6?19 years, 1?2 days a week.
Develop lessons and creative projects where children combine digital creation with problem solving.
Work from ready-made lesson plans but have great freedom to adapt course content based on students' interests.
QUALIFICATIONS
We believe you have experience teaching programming, preferably in Scratch or other block programming tools.
Enjoy working with children and young people and have pedagogical skills.
Are creative, educational and able to inspire children to explore in the field of programming.
Is good at programming.
