For some time now, we have been trying a new way of working where a so-called service employee performs the service tasks while our assistant nurses focus on the care and care work. This has has worked very well and is something we intend to invest in in the future, which is why we are now looking for additional service employees for the home service in Jokkmokk. WORK TASKS The tasks are performed in our users' homes and mainly consist of cleaning, laundry, shopping, ordering materials, and food distribution. Activations, escorting, some hygiene tasks and supporting double staffing can also be included in the work. You must be able to work independently, as working in home care involves a lot of solitary work. However, you must also be able to interact with others in the organization and with other professionals. You should enjoy working with older people in their homes. Working hours are scheduled during the day, weekdays 8-17 QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for people who are positive, committed, responsible and have good empathy. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities. You need to have good cooperation skills with the team, good ability to maintain a calm approach to users with dementia and used to dealing with conflicts. Experience of working with older people is an advantage. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing is required. Driving license is a requirement.
