The IT and e-function's area of activity includes operation and maintenance of administrative systems, networks, school IT technical activities. JOB DESCRIPTION Duties: - Handle and resolve incoming cases by phone, email and remote control - Troubleshooting of computers, mobiles, printers and other technical equipment (e.g. hardware, software, applications and networks) - Managing networks (switches, routers and firewalls) and cloud solutions - Take care of operational incidents - Responsible for patching, software deployment, account management in Active Directory - Installing new programs and applications QUALIFICATIONS We welcome both those who are at the beginning of their career and those who have extensive experience in IT. Experience with IT infrastructure, fiber networks and documentation is a plus.
