As our procurement coordinator is going on parental leave, we are now looking for you with adequate skills who want to work with purchasing and procurement issues. The position involves a varied assignment with great influence and responsibility DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES In the role of procurement coordinator, you will work throughout the municipality's area of operations, mainly as support for purchasing managers. The work involves, among other things, being involved in the preparation of tender documents and requirement specifications for procurement and drawing up and administering the municipality's agreements. The position also involves confidentiality checks of public documents. To some extent, various controller assignments may be relevant. The position involves working with a learning approach to a great extent. The municipality uses the Tendsign procurement system, QUALIFICATIONS We would like you to have a degree in procurement and/or economics, or equivalent skills that we consider equivalent Knowledge of LOU and experience of working with procurement and purchasing, preferably in public operations or public companies, is an advantage. To succeed in the role of procurer with us, it is important that you have a great interest in procurement, development and change. In your role as a procurement officer, you are expected to work independently but are happy to contribute to the development of the business and your colleagues by sharing your skills and experience.
