JOB DESCRIPTION As a Health and Social Care Developer, you will work under the direction and on behalf of the Head of Operations. You will be given independent responsibility for planning, implementing and following up on initiatives in the operations. Sometimes this is done together with unit managers and employees, and sometimes you work independently to drive development work together with the operations manager. To help them, they can work with the SAS and MAS that exist in the municipality. Your main tasks: - Plan, implement and follow up development efforts in elderly care and LSS, on behalf of the head of operations where you work both independently and in collaboration with others. - Establish and maintain relevant contacts to support and drive development work. - Be able to temporarily assume the role of unit manager when needed and support new unit managers in specific issues on behalf of the head of operations. - Contribute with knowledge and commitment to strengthen quality in health and social care. - Collect and disseminate the best available knowledge and proven experience in the field - Support systematic monitoring and analysis to ensure continuous improvement - Drive and support systematic improvement work and implementation of new ways of working - Support skills development by contributing to training activities and knowledge sharing. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: - Have a relevant higher education degree and experience in health and social care. - Are flexible and have the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders to achieve the goals of the organization. - Loyalty, perseverance and the ability to cope with change and adversity. - Experience in development work and quality improvement in health and social care. - Can work independently and take initiative. - Have a genuine interest in quality development and a strong desire to contribute to positive change.
