WORK TASKS As a small municipality with short decision-making paths, we offer a unique working environment where you can help shape the social services of the future. We are now looking for two committed therapists who want to work broadly in outpatient care and make a real difference for our residents. About the role As a therapist with us, you will work broadly within the social services' outpatient care, which means that you will have a varied and developing role where you meet different target groups and work with different types of interventions. You will work both preventively and therapeutically, and your tasks may include everything from supportive conversations and crisis management to more long-term treatment efforts. The role includes working closely with other activities within the municipality, such as schools, culture and leisure, within the framework of our established collaborative project "Hela Byn". This gives us a unique opportunity to create cohesive support for our residents and allows us to work flexibly and effectively to meet the needs of individuals and families. You are flexible, collaborative and enjoy working in teams to create the best solutions for our residents.
