Apply today and become part of our team JOB DUTIES We are looking for you who are committed, responsible and want to work widely in social services. You have a keen interest in working with children and young people, but are also flexible and see opportunities in handling different types of cases. You are a team player who enjoys working closely with practitioners, school staff and other colleagues to create the best solutions for our residents. With your positive attitude and commitment, you will contribute to the development of our activities and make a difference in people's lives. As a social secretary with us, you will work with the processing of various types of cases within social services, with a particular focus on children and young people. You will be responsible for investigating, assessing, deciding and following up on interventions in accordance with current legislation, primarily the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Youth Care Act (LVU). A central part of your work will be to work in close collaboration with both outpatient care practitioners and the school. Together with our therapists, you will ensure that the interventions planned and implemented are as effective and adapted as possible to the needs of the individual and the family. Through the collaboration with the school, we also create a strong network around the children and young people, which allows us to offer coherent support and quickly adapt our interventions when the situation requires it.
