During the summer period, we need your help when our regular staff goes on vacation. We are therefore looking for a number of people who can support the business during the summer.

The work means that you are responsible for an area under constant change that places high demands on protection awareness and safety.

Duties

As a maintenance mechanic, your main task is to maintain, monitor, repair and lubricate process equipment in the enrichment plant. You will also participate in other repair work and operation of the enrichment plant.

As a maintenance mechanic, you are expected to act in various situations that arise. In addition to the responsibilities described above, you will also assist with other work in production and other departments within the framework of your competence when regular tasks are not performed. The role also includes being involved in the process with associated machines and facilities and that the work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner with a work environment, cost and maintenance perspective.

Education and qualifications

We are looking for you who have an upper secondary school diploma with some form of industrial or technical focus or other skills that the company considers equivalent. For employment, a B driving license for manual transmission, ability to communicate in Swedish and basic IT skills are required.

The work requires good ability to collaborate as you are part of a team. You should also have good communication skills even under stressful situations and the ability to see the big picture in the whole process.

It is meritorious with experience or training for tractors and similar machines that are in the enrichment plant.

The role requires you to be self-driven and take responsibility for and structure your work tasks and drive the processes further. You plan, organize and prioritize work well. You adapt easily to changing circumstances and see opportunities in change. You are well aware of the objectives and quality standards and are committed to achieving them.

As a person, you are attentive and courteous and you have an interest, willingness and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions. You have a high level of cooperation, you listen, communicate and resolve conflicts in a constructive way.

Full-time, daytime.
