QUALIFICATIONS We are now looking for firefighters for the full-time force. We are looking for you, man or woman, who is interested in working as a firefighter. It is desirable that you have worked in the municipal rescue service or completed Rescue Operations, Grib training course 2 with completed training for smoke diving or completed at least two semesters of SMO training or similar training with a passing grade. You must have basic university entrance qualifications. You must have at least a B driving license at the time of application and within 6 months of employment (probationary period) be eligible for a C driving license. You must be fully healthy and have good physical working capacity, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's requirements for smoke diving and have completed swimming proficiency tests according to Guldbojen, these qualities are checked and tested in the recruitment process. It is meritorious if you: - have completed training protection against accidents (SMO) or Firefighter (15 weeks). - hold a BC driving license - have had a longer service in the municipal rescue service. - have other professional experience that can be valuable to the business. The role requires you to be outgoing and able to communicate in a trustworthy manner, as the work involves a lot of contact with people, organizations and authorities in preventive work such as supervision, training and advice.
