WORK TASKS
In the role of planner, you work 50% as a planner and the remaining 50% in the business. As a planner, you mainly work with planning the users' daily visits in the planning tool Combine. Based on the assistance granted and implementation plans, you build visit plans that ensure that the users' individual needs are met. You work with staffing in the event of short-term absence, and you have contact with users, relatives and staff.
A large part of the work involves collaboration and cooperation both internally and externally to achieve the best possible quality for our users and staff.
The work is daytime, Monday-Friday. O6:30-15:00 every other week. Day, evening and weekend shifts in the second week.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who want to work both more administratively but at the same time work out in the business at home with the users. You should have good cooperation and communication skills, be able to work independently and be flexible. Used to working towards goals, and understand the relationship between the various parts that the home service is governed by; users, staff, operations and finances. We see that you have the user's efforts, participation and care at the center.
Experience of administrative tasks is desirable. You have good computer skills and the ability to work in several different computer systems. Documentation is a central task and you express yourself well in speech and writing.
You have a secondary education, or work experience deemed appropriate by the employer. We attach great importance to personal suitability.
Knowledge of Finnish, Meänkieli or Sami would be an advantage.
