QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who want to work with people with physical, mental and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities. You should have secondary care or child and leisure education or other education that is considered equivalent by the employer Your approach should be educational and professional. As a person, you are responsible, proactive and have a positive mindset. You show good judgment and understand that you influence the situation yourself when you speak or act towards users.
