QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for people who want to work with people with physical, mental and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities. We would like you to have an upper secondary education in care or children and leisure with a focus on developmental disabilities, social work or other education with a similar focus or equivalent experience. You should be responsible and have a positive mindset. Experience with the target group is a requirement. You will show good judgment and understand that you influence the situation when you speak or act. You should be open to new ideas, show initiative, be flexible, have the ability to work on a long-term basis, have good interpersonal skills and a professional approach.
