JOB DUTIES Duties include planning, ordering and preparing meals, as well as washing up, cleaning and other kitchen duties. Today, approximately 1500 portions of lunch are prepared each school day. You will be working in a tight team where cooperation and flexibility are fundamental. The work involves handling all the tasks involved in a preparation kitchen, such as preparing meals including special diets, washing up, cleaning, ordering and serving. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a chef's education or experience deemed equivalent. Good knowledge of both theory and practice of special diets is an advantage. Good computer skills are a must as most administrative work is done digitally. To thrive in the role of chef, you are stress-resistant, creative, flexible and responsible and have a genuine interest in cooking. You have a good attitude and a positive outlook.
