Jägarköket is a central kitchen that prepares meals for elderly care, food distribution, hospitals and preschools. School meals has both a preparation kitchen and a reception kitchen. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The resource team within the meal service consists of permanent staff who cover the needs that arise in both short and long term temporary positions. As an employee in the Resource Team, you will work in various kitchens such as Jägarkök, preschool kitchens and school meals within Kiruna C and Jukkasjärvi. The tasks include all common tasks in a kitchen / dining room such as; planning, preparation, cooking, portioning, serving, washing up and cleaning. QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications: The applicant has restaurant and catering training and/or extensive experience of working in a kitchen.
