WORK TASKS The tasks consist of cooking, planning, management and distribution of work in the kitchen as well as responsibility for quality, development and self-control. This means that the Assistant Chef must be active in the daily production of the kitchen. The deputy head of kitchen also acts as a substitute for the head of kitchen. Leadership will be based on open communication, trust and mutual respect. The person we are looking for must be independent, decisive and coachable, and be available to their staff. QUALIFICATIONS The successful applicant will have restaurant and catering training and previous experience in kitchen management. Other qualifications that we attach great importance to are: computer skills, knowledge and application of HACCP. We attach great importance to personal suitability. You must be flexible and have good interpersonal skills and be able to cooperate and adopt new ways of working.
