DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES As Deputy Headteacher you will have full operational and staff responsibility. Under the leadership of the principal, you will create the conditions for educational quality and for a good and healthy working environment. The position requires that you are on site in Abisko. There is the possibility of help with housing in Abisko if needed. In the role of deputy principal, you represent the employer and are a good role model. Your leadership is relationship-building and you have confidence in your employees' commitment and willingness to take responsibility. You make use of and develop your employees' skills and get your employees involved and committed to the organization. It is a full-time position but the assignment as deputy principal is 50%. The position is combined with other assignments such as teacher, administrative work and support for pupils and children as well as support for the head of administration.
