DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In your work as a fee administrator with us, your main tasks will consist of processing fees in health and social care.
Fee processing is an exercise of authority and involves investigating and calculating fees in the area. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the monthly charging of the activities' fees and checking the data in the operational system. We work in a business system called Pulsen Combine. The work involves a lot of contact with local residents, relatives, assistance officers, managers and the relevant authorities. The tasks also include monitoring the changes that take place in the area of fees and pensions, and updating manuals and procedures when necessary.
Your role also includes other administrative tasks such as posting and creating invoices in the Agresso financial system.
In our administrative unit, we work to be as flexible as possible and to learn each other's tasks. In this position, if necessary, one task can be to staff our reception at the Social Services. We also handle incoming and outgoing mail to the authority and other administrative tasks within the activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Who are you? We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education in administration / finance or similar education that the employer finds relevant to the service. It would also be an advantage if you have previous work experience in administrative work and are willing to learn new tasks.
We are looking for you who are confident and stable and have an ability to establish good contact with other people. The work requires good communication skills, which means, among other things, that you can express yourself well in Swedish in a clear and structured way in speech and writing. It is important to have a good attitude and to communicate clearly and to adapt how we convey messages to those we meet in our work. It is an advantage if you can speak one of our minority languages.
You need to have a good ability to plan and structure tasks effectively, both independently and together with colleagues. We look for a willingness to work innovatively for improvements in our areas of work, and to be able to change your planning quickly if the situation requires it. The job also requires you to have good computer skills and to be service-oriented. It is an advantage if you have worked in the Pulsen Combine system before. Your skills and experience are important, as is personal suitability.
