We are now looking for a unit manager with responsibility for Personal Assistance. Then this could be the job for you. A warm welcome with your application! WORK TASKS As a unit manager, you will have staff, budget and quality responsibility for personal assistance / LSS decisions. You are responsible for giving your staff the right conditions to thrive, develop and perform their work with good quality. You will be directly subordinate to the head of department for social care and work closely with other unit manager colleagues. Your duties will also include change processes, operational development and improvement work. As Head of Unit, you will represent the employer and be a good role model. Your leadership is relationship-building and you have confidence in your employees' commitment and willingness to take responsibility. You utilize and develop your employees' skills and get your employees involved and committed to the business. A close leadership where you balance leadership, presence in the business with the administrative is an important part of the role as head of unit. QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in the role of unit manager, we see that you have a relevant university degree, preferably in social care, social work or other education / experience that the employer considers equivalent. A good knowledge of the legal framework in the field is essential to be successful in the position. We would like you to have experience of working with budgetary responsibility and previous work experience in management roles in the relevant field. You value clear communication, good relations and responsiveness in your work. You are a confident and educational leader and thus a natural role model as an employee and manager. You believe that good cooperation is essential to promote the success of the organization and to achieve common goals. We attach great importance to personal suitability.
