Do you want to be involved in opening Sweden's most modern bathhouse Midnattsolsbadet, which will open in the fall of 2025? We are now looking for a number of bath hosts.
WORK TASKS
As a bathing staff, you ensure a safe stay for our guests who visit the bathing facility and, together with colleagues, ensure that the bathing house meets the expectations that exist in terms of service, cleanliness and bathing surveillance.
Duties:
- Lifeguarding and lifeguarding.
- Swimming instructor, planning and implementing swimming lessons for school pupils and for
the pool itself for all ages, from baby swimming to adult swimming school
- Cleaning of the premises
- Customer service
- Cashier service
- Aquatic training instructor
- Water purification
- Planning, developing and executing various activities and events
QUALIFICATIONS
To work as a lifeguard with us, you need to have good swimming skills and be confident in the water. You need to pass the Guldbojen lifesaving test and a swimming test is carried out before employment. You are over 18 years of age and have a good command of Swedish and English as it is required in the daily work.
We see it as a merit if you have swimming teacher training, pool lifeguard training or other equivalent training. It is also an advantage if you have experience of the profession. We would like to see that you have experience of customer service work and good computer skills.
We are looking for you who have good judgment and the ability to act stably even in stressful situations. Since you will largely meet our bathing guests, you need to be service-oriented and have an interest and ability to help others. The work takes place in teams and it is important that you have good cooperation skills. We are looking for you who are driven and want to be part of our business development. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You will work in shifts with mornings, afternoons and weekends.
For us, it is important that all staff feel safe in the role and you will therefore receive a good introduction to the work including CPR training.
