WORK TASKS The premises strategist is responsible for the municipality's strategic premises planning, where the municipality's activities must be offered appropriate and cost-effective premises and the municipality's properties must be used in the best way. The position includes overall responsibility for monitoring the stock of premises, needs, utilization, development and closure of premises in both the short and long term. The main tasks of the Premises Strategist are to: Maintain and develop the premises management process. Maintaining and developing strategic documents in the field Knowing, coordinating and documenting the long-term premises needs of the activities. Identify short- and long-term premises needs based on the wishes of the activities. Weigh up the municipality's different perspectives when making changes to premises. Analyze the real estate economic consequences of different premises alternatives. Play an active role in urban transformation and cooperate with others active in urban transformation, primarily with the municipality's urban planning department. Lead and coordinate the premises management work in the municipality. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a university degree with a focus on real estate-related issues. You are a good communicator, both orally and in writing, and have good collaboration skills. You also have good knowledge of the Office package. It would be an advantage if you have professional experience as a premises strategist/project manager or equivalent. A B driving license is a requirement. As a person, we see that you are businesslike and apply business principles. Focus on costs, revenues and efficient use of municipal premises. You are self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks. You structure your own approach and drive processes forward. You work well with other people and relate to them in a sensitive and flexible way. You listen, communicate and solve challenges in a constructive way.
