DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES As a nursing leader, you will work to maintain quality and ensure competence in elderly care. You will mainly work on introducing, supervising and supporting the nursing staff in their daily work. You will have the opportunity to contribute with your knowledge and will be an important part of the work to ensure quality care and contribute to high-quality care.
